FleetFiling provides private filing-assistance and manual review services for small motor carriers. We help organize information and prepare filing workflows, but you remain responsible for final review, approval, signature, and submission.

Service fees are listed on the product pages. Official government or program fees, if any, are separate. Payment instructions are sent after review, not at intake. No instant checkout is offered for manual-review services.

Refund policy: FleetFiling service fees are refundable until filing preparation or submission work begins. Official government or program fees are not refundable once paid to the official system. If FleetFiling makes an error, we will correct it at no extra service charge or refund the service fee.

FleetFiling does not provide legal or tax advice and does not guarantee government acceptance, approval, or processing speed.
